Understanding How The Royalty Free Non Exclusive Licence Works :

The non-exclusive licence grants the purchaser the right to use the design while the copyright is retained by The Ministry of Pattern ® The design and all colourations will not be deleted from the sales platform once sold. This is one of the ways that The Ministry of Pattern ® are trying to make our designs and colourations more affordable and accessible to a wider customer base around the globe.

The only restriction is that you cannot duplicate, sell or sub licence the design under any circumstances as stated clearly in our licence agreement
