The polka dot continues as a print collection favourite for SS22, with the graphic cleanness of black and white being the colour message whilst leaning towards medium to large in scale.
The hollow circle as seen at Isabel Marant Resort 22 and Chanel Pre Fall 22 hollow logo filled circle is looking like a new move on. As for Pre Fall 22, coloured polka dot designs are looking fun and vibrant as seen at Gucci and Marni. This is an easy update for season collections with coloured background and white polka dots or with harmonious two colour combinations. We are mesmerised by the artist Stephen Magsig's Citylights paintings with the way the colours play off each other.
We're also loving the decorative aspect of spaced sequins and studs as an update to the all over.
