Tie Dye is another one of the print trends that has surprisingly continued season after season, evolving by large scale or more linear. There's also the harmony with all the paint and bleach splatter we've been seeing and also the trend of ombre and dip dye hems.

For AW22 it has taken many directions across Mens and Womenswear as a gender and seasonless trend. At Acne Studios there's a tie dye looking influence that makes a much murkier looking print that has a lovely worn and textural look to it. A great evolutionary inspired by tie dye look was seen at Louis Vuitton's Menswear show, in eye catching play against black in contrast colours in a digital looking way.

Linear is definitely looking newer but the use of negative space as seen at Eytys AW22 also has the familiarity of tie dye but more moved on.

Like many of these seasonless print and pattern trends, it's really quite wonderful to see the many creative variations and processes to choose from in order to build upon collections and consumer wardrobes.
